Basic Concept of CSR

The Tenox Group believes that contributing to society through business activities based on our management philosophy is our corporate social responsibility (CSR). The Tenox Group’s business purpose is to deliver safety and peace of mind to all people who use construction and civil engineering structures. We will work to address social challenges while fostering harmony with all of our stakeholders.

Safety and Health Basic Policy

Tenox is committed to achieving zero workplace injuries. We regard maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring that everyone returns home safely every day as our foremost objective and responsibility. This commitment is shared by all Group executives and employees, as well as employees of our business partners. We foster open communication and encourage everyone to identify and address potential hazards before they lead to accidents.

Key Safety Initiatives


We will implement 3S practices, including Sort, Shine, and Standardize, to create a safe and secure work environment where all employees of our subcontractors can work with confidence, and strive to eliminate accidents and incidents.
  • Strict enforcement of the use of personal protective equipment
  • Prevention of entanglement in rotating equipment (Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act) (Article 107, Paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health)
  • Implementation of measures when non-routine work is required

Information Security Basic Policy

Based on the management philosophy of “respect for people,” “technological orientation,” and “active consistency,” Tenox (hereinafter, “the Company”) positions a variety of information such as information received from customers and information systems used for business activities, etc., as important “information assets.” Furthermore, the Company has established the Information Security Basic Policy in order to actively work to protect information assets.

  • The Company will strive to appropriately protect information assets from all threats such as negligence, accidents, disasters, crimes, etc., in information security.
  • The Company takes measures to protect information assets in a well-balanced manner from all aspects such as systems, technologies, and facilities, and strives to prevent information security risks.
  • In the unlikely event of a problem with the protection of information assets, the Company will respond promptly and strive to prevent reoccurrence.
  • The Company will raise awareness regarding the importance of information security measures among everyone who uses information assets, and will ensure that everyone uses information assets properly.
  • The Company will conduct audits to confirm the operational status of information security, strive to ensure information security, and work for continuous improvement.

General Employers Action Plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children

Tenox has established the following action plan with the aim of creating a supportive work environment that allows employees to balance work and childcare and fully demonstrate their abilities.

  • Post information on the internal portal site and promote awareness to enhance internal awareness of which programs are available in different situations.

Tenox believes it is important to create an environment where women can make full use of their unique qualities and capabilities and play an increasingly active role in the workplace. Based on this principle, we have established the following action plan to promote the advancement of women.
