Masayuki Sato, President and Representative Director
Ever since our founding in 1970, Tenox Corporation has established the “Tenox Brand” in foundation work. Our brand is built on the trust from customers and society. Thanks to your patronage, the Company will celebrate the 50th anniversary of our founding in July 2020. I would like to express my deepest gratitude as we approach this momentous milestone.
In fiscal 2020, we set the “3T = Tenox Ten Targets” as our action target. Fiscal 2020 is the final year of the medium-term management plan (To the Next Future 2018-2020) which we formulated in 2018. With a focus on finishing the five qualitative goals of the medium-term management plan, we have set the two goals of “thorough safety management” and “cultivation and utilization of human resources” as priority themes at our Company. Furthermore, based on the perspective of ESG management, we have added the three goals of “environmentally-friendly activities,” “development of social infrastructure and contribution to national resilience,” and “enhanced governance.” All together, these ten qualitative goals—otherwise known as 3T or Tenox Ten Targets—are positioned as our action target.
As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of our founding as a milestone year, we will contribute to society while remembering to be even more grateful to society. Moreover, in anticipation of even greater performance over the next 50 years, we will strive to improve the Tenox Brand by creating new value which meets the expectations of all stakeholders.
I look forward to your continued support and patronage.
