Masayuki Sato, President and Representative Director

Ever since our founding in 1970, Tenox Corporation has established the “Tenox Brand” in foundation work. Our brand is built on the trust of customers and society. I would like to express my deepest gratitude for your patronage.

Under the previous Medium-Term Management Plan (FY2021 to FY2023), the Company was engaged in efforts to create high added value to address social needs. As such, our slogan was “enterprising spirit” and our initiatives were centered on three basic strategies—development, sales & construction, and ESG.

In terms of “development,” we engineered two new construction methods with their practical application in sight for the current fiscal year. As for “sales & construction,” we took on foundation construction for redundancy projects, and we will continue contributing to national resilience going forward.

In regard to ESG, we are involved in efforts to provide solutions for social challenges, such as climate change, and the securement and development of human resources. This fiscal year, we established the Sustainability Committee, and we will contribute to the development of a sustainable society through our business activities, while at the same time, achieve the sustainable growth of the Company and the medium- to long-term enhancement of corporate value.

We will continually keep gratitude in our hearts and fulfill our social responsibility as a sustainable company so that we may meet the expectations of all of our stakeholders.

I look forward to your continued support and patronage.

Masayuki Sato, President and Representative Director
