Message

Our Management Philosophy is “respect for people,” “technological orientation,” and “active consistency.”
In 1970, the year TENOX CORPORATION was founded, Japan was recording strong economic growth while paying little attention to the environment and human rights. It has been 55 years since TENOX CORPORATION (ten strong warriors, or oxen) was established to counter this trend and realize a peaceful society with little pollution. Even now, we always undertake our routine work holding this philosophy close to our hearts.
The mission of each employee is to develop solutions that only TENOX can provide and are kind to people.
Last fiscal year, we developed the new construction method CP-X, which dramatically reduces residual soil, a social problem, in the field of concrete piles. Furthermore, we are moving forward with research to control soil liquefaction, which can cause massive damage when earthquakes hit. We also aim to contribute to efforts to mitigate global warming by developing construction methods that produce little C02 emissions and the world’s first electric small pile driver.
That is truly active consistency. We will continue to pursue solutions that only TENOX can provide through technology.
We expect to have made steady progress with the Medium-Term Management Plan in fiscal 2024, the first year of the plan.
As for business performance, we will produce results related to solutions to social problems that only TENOX can provide and share them with our numerous stakeholders.
I hope for your even greater support.
Sunao Wakao
