TENOX CORPORATION (the “Company”) hereby announces that Naoya Matayoshi, a Director of the Company, was appointed as a part-time Director of Japan Home Shield Co., Ltd., a company with which the Company has a capital and business alliance, effective June 30, 2026.
　He has a high level of expertise and experience in engineering, technology and construction in the fields of foundation construction and ground-related services. Through this appointment, he will leverage the knowledge he has gained through the Company’s technical development and business operations to lead and promote collaboration by integrating the management resources and expertise of both companies, thereby contributing to the enhancement of both companies’ corporate value.
